I am unclear about the application for entry and exit. At the bottom of the
form it says to send one copy with photo to the consulate in the United States and the other when I arrive in Vietnam. However, on the instructions online it says file out one form and bring two pictures. How do I proceed? Michele Ward=

Dear Sir/Madam,
You will hand the Entry & Exit Form to the Vietnam Immigration when you arrive to Vietnam Immigration at the Airport. Also, you will need to have 2 pasport photos as well.
