I was told by a Vietnam tour guide that China Airlines (from US) will not accept evisa at airport...that we much have visa already stamped into our passport. Is that true ???

Yes, we applied for e-visa. We have Visa Approval Letter and we signed Application for a Visa that we will present upon arrival in Hanoi. How do I give you our e-visa ?. Again we were told just recently that China Airlines will not accept Visa Approval Letter. Is this true ?
