if i do urgent, one working day, and apply now, can i get the visa by 6 pm tomorrow?

By the way, today (Sep/02) is National Day in Vietnam, so Vietnam Immigration doesn't work until Sep/05/2016. If you apply visa in urgent case now or on Saturday and Sunday, we will send you visa approval letter on Sep/05/2016 at 18:00PM (Vietnam time).
