Film crew visas

Hi, we are a 3 person film crew travelling to Vietnam to film and will be in the country 3 days. Two of our crew has British passports and one an Irish passport. Do we need business Visas for everyone?

I also know that Vietnam is a non-carnet country so any customs advice regarding taking film/video equipment in and out of the country would be very welcomed.
