Hi Just booked for Vietnam landing on 21 March 2018 at 12.30 in the afternoon
Our return flight home is 5 April at 00.35 which means this is 35 mins over our 15 days. Do we still need a Visa? We are aiming to get to the airport on 4th at 10.00pm so will be going through customs before the 15 days are over.
Any advise will be appreciated.

Thanks for your question,
According to the Vietnam Immigration's new policy, from July 1, 2015 to June 30th 2018, UK, France, Spain, German, Italy and Belarus no need Visa if they stay in Vietnam less than 15 days. However, the previous visit must be far from the next visit at least 30 days and your passport's validity must be more than 6 months.
Base on this information, you will have 15 days for stay in Vietnam without visa, it means you will have to leave Vietnam on the 15th. Your flight will depart at 00:35 on 5 April and you will checking earlier at the airport. So you do not need to apply visa for your trip.
