Hello! I am a Filipina and my fiancee is American citizen.. we will be flying to Hanpi vietnam tomorrow afternoon just to catch our flight from Hanoi to Manila Philippines at Jan. 21 1am... do he still need to apply a visa for this situation? Thanks
