What is my best option to obtain visa- I will be in hainan China until my day of departure on 22nd July?
How long will visa take if I apply online through the Nanning office?
Can I apply online or by mail and pick up visa in Nanning as I won't be able to travel to Nanning until 22nd July

It is informed that we offer visa on arrival which is just valid at Vietnam Internation airports. If you enter Vietnam by land border crossing, please go to Vietnam Embassy in China to apply visa
