Hi, I’ve already paid USD 19 for the approval letter to enter Vietnam. Have I pay more USD 50 for getting stamp visa of multiple entries, right?

It’s paid directly to Vietnam Immigration Officer based on Resolution 66/2009/TT-BTC issued dated on 30/3/2009 of the Minister of Finance issued regulations on the collection, remittance, management and use of fees for passports, visas and papers on entry, exit, transit and residence in Vietnam. + For multiple entries, your payment is USD $50.
