How could I choose VIP fast track with stamping fee included?

When I use 'apply Visa', there's a 'full package service' which include fast track service, but I want to choose VIP-fast track as we have elderly in our group.
if i choose 'full package service', it charges me US$25 (fast track) + US$25 (stamping fee) per person
if i choose under 'extra service' menu > 'Needing extra service'. It charges me US$40 but there no choice for US$25 stamping fee. I want to pay the stamping fee US$25 by paypal as well.
I want to choose US$40 (Vip fast track) + stamping fee US$25, but seem no such choice from your website, what should I do?
