I would like to visit Vietnam for a week with my japanese wife, I currently live and own a business in japan for over 10year, I would like to visit for sightseeing and shopping how should I apply to get a visa, thank you

Could you please inform us what your nationlity is? As because each country has different visa requirement. Besides that, your wife no need the visa if travelling in Vietnam less than 15 days (but her previous visit must be far from the next visit).
