how long can Russian passport holder stay in vietnam?

Hello,
My grandmother in law has a Russian passport, if she would like to stay in Vietnam for over 15 days, How can we apply please?

We are pleased to inform you that Russian Passport holders can have 15 days visa exemption

If you stay longer, please apply for a visa at https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html to get Visa approval letter which you will use to get Visa upon arrival
