I'm a Brunei permanent resident

Hello. As i understand from many permanent residence of Brunei Darussalam and we apply our visa from vietnam embassy here and we enter vietnam but we will not allowed to enter and instruct by the immigration officer to take another flight back to Brunei. So many businessman willing to invest in vietnam. So what shall we do now? Pls reply and thank you for your cooperation. TQ
