We would like to inform that if you catch the fly from your country to Phu Quoc Island directly and do not stopover any airports at Vietnam, you do not need to get visa. Visa on arrival is valid in any Vietnam international airport, so you can apply for the entry port of HO CHI MINH, But You can use that letter ti get visa done in PHU QUOC as normal
