Hi, I'm traveling to Ho Chi Minh city (SGN) from Kuala Lumpur (KUL) on Monday 02 May 2016. I will stay in the country for 3-4 days and then traveling to Cambodia by bus. I will not enter the country (Vietnam) again. I know about the visa exemption for Spain passport holders, but should I apply for the Visa approval letter? As I just told I'll be in Vietnam just for 3-4 days. Thank you very much.

We would like to confirm you that according to the Vietnam Immigration's new policy, from July 1, 2015 to June 2016, 6 countries (including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK) no need Visa if they stay in Vietnam less than 15 days. However, the previous visit must be far at least 30 days the next visit.
So if this is your first visit to Vietnam and you just stay for 3 or 4 days and will not enter Vietnam again after traveling to Cambodia, you can enter Vietnam without visa.
