I am stopping over in Ho Chi Minh City for under 5 hours - hopefully it will just be the normal transfer desk arrangement as I arrive and depart from Terminal 1 (I will not be leaving the airport)- there is no actual information regarding this process including if I need a visa (or not). I previously emailed your embassy and Vietnam Airlines with NO REPLY received from either enquiry as yet... fingers crossed.
