I would like to ask if my friend and I will need a visa going to Vietnam. Both of us have Philippine passports and have already visited Vietnam for the first time last February 2017. We plan to revisit the country on August 2017 but are unsure if a Visa is required. Thank you.

We would like to inform the Philippine passport holders do not need a Vietnamese visa for 21 days with condition that the previous visit must be far from the next visit at least 30 days.
In this case, You have already visited Vietnam for the first time last February 2017 so if you plan to revisit the country on August 2017 you will have 21 days for staying Vietnam without visa.
