Dear Customer Services
I will be arriving Cam Ranh Int'l Airport, Nha Trang on Dec 25, I applied the EVisa and got the confirmation letter already. Forms are completed for a family of 4 person. Should we also need to scan all our passports and the photos to your immigration?

Thanks for your question!
- For E-visa, when you arrive in Vietnam airport, you just need to submit the letter and passport to get visa stamp to enter Vietnam, no need to scan passport either photos
- For visa on arrival, you present all things in the prepared package (passport, visa approval letter, 2 passport sized photos 4x6cm, the entry-and-exit form and stamping fee) to the Immigration officer to get your visa stamped
