My parents will join a cruise, and wil enter Vietnam on different locations. Do They need a 1 month visa with multiple entries?

Your parent can apply for single entry visa to travel through out Vietnam. Did they apply visa? If not, please apply E-visa at this link: https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-e-visa.html
