Hi! I would like to know if I want entry Vietnam two times but one time at Ha Noi and the other time at Ho Chi Minh. Can I use the multiple entry visa even though the arrival port selected would be Ha Noi? And would the given exit date be the date of my first time exiting vietnam or the second time? Thank you

Thanks for your question.
We are pleased to inform that you can use visa on arrival at 3 international airports: HOchiminh, Hanoi and Dannag, but you have to get visa stamp at the first airport and then you can use visa at any international airport in Vietnam.
When you apply visa, you should fill exit date of your second time and Hanoi in port of arrival.
