Multiple Entry visa for Indonesian Work Permit Holder - Pakistani National

I am a Pakistani national working in Jakarta. Can you please answer the below questions:

1. Can I apply for 3 month multiple entry visa (business) ?
2. Can the application be made through this e-portal and approval presented at Ho Chi Minh airport for stamping ?
3. What will be the processing time of visa application
4.Any specific documentation required for me not mentioned in the requirements here ?
