We would like to inform with you that you can apply online with us but the procedure takes 7working days and you have to send us your flight ticket, hotel booking and passport scan via our email at:    visa@vietnam-evisa.org      then apply online at : Vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html

We then will send you the approval letter via your email then you can print it out and get Visa at Vietnam airport

Thanks for your questions.

We would like to confirm that you need to pay 150USD service fee to get the Vietnam Visa Approval letter. We only process your Visa once we receive your payment. When you arrive Vietnam, you need to pay 25USD in cash for the stamping fee as well.

If you are planing to arrive Vietnam on Jun 19th, you are still able to apply now. Your Visa will be only valid from Jun 19th. Please pay attention that the Visa processing takes at least 5 working days. So please send us all the require documents soon.

Just want to mention again the require documents:

First, please send us the following documents to our email visa@vietnam-evisa.org:

• Hotel Booking for your whole trip in Vietnam
• Passport scan ( your passport must be valid 6 months at least)
• The flight tickets including the return ticket.

After receiving your all information above, please fill your information in the application form here https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html. Your Visa will be processed within 7 working days.
