Firstly, if your parents are staying in Vientnam already and obtaining 1 month single Visa type and they want to leave out of Vietnam then re-enter, then need apply a new Visa when they re-immigrate Vietnam.

Secondly, if your parents is still out side Vietnam, you can advise them to apply another multiple Visa type by applying online with us and get the new Visa at Vietnam airport when you land at.
