Philippine passport extend to 30 days stay

Hi i have a philippine passport and was told that i dont need a visa to stay in vietnam for only 21 days. But now i have decided to stay here for 30 days. Where can i get a visa if i am already out of the airport? Do i still need to exit vietnam before 21 days or not?
