What about Syrians passport, can they get visas on arrival?
One of my friends from Dubai with Syrian passport might join us also, but he's afraid to have problems because of the problems in Syria now.
Also please clarify something, I didn't understand it properly: if I apply online and print the visa, can I enter by car?
Or still must take a flight?
And if I take a flight - do I still take a flight, or just get it on arrival?

We are pleased to inform that it is worth mentioning that we cannot help people having Syrian passport. Secondly, please note that This kind of visa is available for entering the country by air only. If you want to enter the country by car, you can contact the Vietnam Embassy Office in your country. Last but not least, when you have booked the flight and applied visa for us, we then confirm and send approval letter which you can use it to board the plan and get visa stamp at the airport to enter the country.
