Hello, I am a Belgian citizen and I am planning to travel to Vietnam end october/beginning of november for holidays, coming over land from Cambodia - by bus from Phnom Penh - Ho Chi Minh City. Do I need to obtain a visa beforehand, or is it possible to obtain the visa at the border post?
