Requirements

Hi Sir/Madam;
Good Afternoon!
I just want to ask, my co-worker here in our company will visit the in Vietnam for business purposes. Is there any other visa/requirement that they need to meet? and also, is it possible for them to go to vietnam anytime without limitations? example is that, they can go visit vietnam atleast twice or as more per year?
