I am filling in my visa form for my visit to Vietnam,do I have to fill in 2 forms and stick my phots on for presentation at Hanoi airport? thank you,mj thomas

- 2 photos ( 4 x6cm passport size )
- An approval letter ( you can get in by online here : http://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
- Entry And Exit form ( will be put at Visa landing counter or you can download here in advance to save time : http://www.vietnam-evisa.org/template/document/formxnc.jpg )
- Stamping fee in cash.
