We will visit Vietnam in a cruise ship (Cunard's Queen Mary 2*Cruise), arriving on February 16, 2020 Phu Mayt and leaving the country the following day (February 16, 2020) from Nah Trang.
The online visa application does not allow to ente the information of those seaports and we can't either obtain a visa upon arrival, because according to the information in this page it is only granted in the airports; no Vietnam Embassy in Puerto Rico either.
Please advise us as how we can obtain a single tourist visa.
