My wife and I would like to enter Vietnam by train coming from Hong Kong in January. Our plan is to arrive in Hanoi and make our way down to Saigon over a few days. What are we going to need to enter Vietnam by train and how do we apply for that in advance?

We would like to inform that We just support get visa on arrival . It just be approved by plane only. Hence, we can not help you in this case, you have to come to the Embassy in your living country to get visa.
