My director has visited Danang on 14th March 2016 to attend an open ceremony invite.
He will be going to Hanoi again tomorrow -6 April 2016 to pay a visit to his friend's weeding.
We have applied online for the tourist visa on the above two mentioned trips.
So will there be any restriction of letting him in by the immigration sine this is the case of travel to Vietnam within the duration of less than one month?

Could you please advise us what type of Visa that your boss have applied for ? ( single entry or multiple one?). In case, your boss had a multiple entry Visa, he then has a right to enter and exit from Vietnam for many times. If he had single entry Visa, this time when he comes back, he need to apply for a new Visa and there will be no restriction of 30 days visiting as you mentioned.
