Hi
I applied for tourist visa to Vietnam in person at San Francisco consulate. July 1st 2016. Today, July 6th, Consulate emailed me that Vietnam immigration department denied my visa application without any reason provided.
Email said I can not apply now but wait for few months and try. But they are not sure if visa will be approve or not then.
I never went to Vietnam before and I do not have any criminal history.
Should I try visa on arrival thru your website service? If yes, then do i have to wait few months before i proceed?

However, please try to apply online on our website https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html. We will send your information to the Vietnamese Immigration Department to process your Visa.
In case, they do not process your Visa, we will refund for you the total fee.
