My client(2) is visiting vietnam for 10days from India for which flight have been booked, travel date is 12aug.. was planning to apply today. Should i apply online visa or send mail by hand written. Please guide me on this.

service fee : 12$ / per ( not including stamping fee at the airport)
It will take 1 -2 working days for normal case and we will send you approval letter.
You just need print it out and use it to get visa at the airport
