Tourist visa for Pakistani nationals

Hello,
I am a Pakistani national living in the UAE and my family and I applied for a tourist visa and paid 600 dollars as per the instructions we received. We applied on the 2nd of September and we sent all our bookings and air tickets as well. Our flight is on the 12th before midnight. I received a reply on the 3rd stating that they will confirm us the following day. Til to date, we have received no further reply and I also called them today and they stated that it will be processed in seven working days whereas on this page, another Pakistani national had a query regarding processing times and he was told that it would take three to four working days.
I have all confirmed flights both international and domestic, and I have booked all the hotels so kindly can you expedite to process our visas. Thank you.
