Hello,
I am visiting for 4 days only as a tourist from Australia. From July 1 2015, if from Australia, do we still have to get a visa or is it not now required if I only stay 4 days?

Australian is not in the visa exemption list, thus, you need to get visa even if you stay stay in 1 day in Vietnam.

After 2 working days, we will send you approval letter and give you instruction how to get visa stamp at Vietnam airport.
You just do following our instruction and can get visa stamp at Vietnam airport normally
