Hi good evening me and my boyfriend wanted to go to Vietnam as Filipino and member of ASEAN do I need to apply as I've read in the internet I don't need to apply a visa to enter Vietnam and we're allow to stay up to 21 days. And my boyfriend is german and as we've read his not also require to apply a visa for vietnam and they're also entitled a visa for 14 days. Is it true?

Thanks for your question,
We would like to confirm that for Philipino citizens, you won't need to apply for a visa if you plan to stay within 21 days at Vietnam.
Also, for German citizens, the exemption provide the staying duration no more than 15 days at Vietnam.
However, these 2 exemptions above will only be valid if neither two of you haven't entered Vietnam within 30 days before.
