1) what is the difference between "Business visa" and "tourist visa",
I got a 3-months Multiple "tourist" visa, and going to visit my business partner for about 1 week, then entry again the next month, is that okay??

With business, you can do your own business or work in Vietnam . While for tourist visa, you can use this type of visa for the purpose of tourism, cannot work, but for meetings and conferences is still fine. So you can use tourist visa to visit your business partner normally.
