Hi, Just called but wanted to be sure and confirm. I am flying Monday 22 July to HCMC from Germany. If I apply today Sunday 21 July via your website, will I still get the The Vietnam Visa Approval Letter from you today as it is a Sunday?

Thanks for your question.
Normally the processing time of visa is 2 working days, If you fly to VN on 22 of Jul 2013, you have to apply Emergency visa and we will process visa and send you from 30 minutes to 4 hours. But in your case, because Jul 21 2013 is Sunday which the Immigration department doesn't work at the weekend, so you have to pay Penalty Fee to process.
You should not be confused about that because when your application form come to our syatem, our staff will give instructions to help you clear and how to process visa at the weekend.
