Vietnam 30 day visa - When to exit

Jan 14, 2017

To Whom it May Concern,

I have a 30 day, multiple entry Visa for Vietnam, valid from Dec 30th to Jan 30th. Do you know when I have to exit Vietnam to abide by the visa requirements? For instance, do I have to exit at the same time my flight arrived in Vietnam 30 days ago? Or, can I leave anytime on January 30th, as long as it is before midnight/12:00am, Jan 31st? Please advise.

Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thanks for your question!

It is informed that you can leave Vietnam at anytime you want on Jan/30, as long as it is before 00:00AM on Jan/31

Best regards,

Same question.
I have an e-visa starting from 5th April.
On the form it says valid until 5th may, and it is the date written on my passport.
It is ok if I cross the border on the 5th May (even if it is day 31) ?
