Do I need a form to turn in when arriving in Ho Chi Minh city and is there a fee that needs to be paid at the airport?

Thank you for your email.
We would like to confirm that you still need to pay stamping fee in cash at the airport (25USD/person for single entry or 50USD/person for multiple entry) and fill in the Immigration form (but you can download here https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/files/upload/image/Documents/Form-XNC.pdf and fill it in advance). Besides, you have to prepare 2 passport photo to glue on the Immigration form.
