I am a US tourist who will crossing the border by land from cambodia and will be in Vietnam for two days in Cần Thơ and Ho Chi Minh City before departing from Ho Chi Minh City. I understand the E-visa is not applicable for land entry. What is the best way to apply for the visa before I leave for my trip?
