My wife and I will arrive in Vietnam at the port of Phu My via Holland America's Cruise Ship Volendam on 7 March, 2018 and leave Vietnam at teh port of Halong Bay on 12 March 2018 via Cruise Ship Volendam. Can we use the visa upon arrival service to get our visas and will there be an immigration office at Phu My to obtain our visa with the letter?
