I need to apply Vietnam visa. I am a Ugandan living in Germany but I am not sure if I can apply for e-visa. What would be the best way for me to apply the Vietnam visa?

We can process maximum 1 month tourist visa on arrival for Uganda passport

The visa service fee is 80 USD/person for single entry. Not including 25 USD/person in cash for stamping fee at Vietnam airport
