Hello,
We are belgian and like to go to Vietnam by land in a few days. We're in Sihanoukville Cambodia at the moment and are looking for the cheapest way to apply for a visa (by ambassy or agency?). In about 6 days we'd take the bus from Pnomh Penh, Cambodia to Ho Chi Minh.
