I am Nguyen The Vinh, Lecturer at University of Transport and Communications.
I have a Romanian friend. He is a Professor of Babes Bolyai University and he will arrive Hanoi University of Science and Technology (from 1 April to 16 April 2016).
Could you please tell me the Vietnam visa fee for Romanian in this case?

We would like to confirm that the service fee for 1 month single Visa is 19USD. This fee does not include 25USD for stamping fee at the airport when he arrives Vietnam.
