My daughter and I are flying to Cambodia with a stopover in Vietnam. We will be in transit only for 3 hours maximum. Do we need a visa for Vietnam as well as Cambodia in this instance.

If you just stay at the transit area, you do not have to apply Vietnam Visa. But we are not sure about the Cambodia. You should check it again.
