im going to cross borders from cambodia to vietnam and i want to get a visa. im living in manila so i dont know what to do. i cant reach vietnam manila embassy either by mail or call. please help me. thanks!

Dear Emir Sakar,
Since visa on arrival is not applicable for traveling by sea, there are 2 options: applying for e-visa and applying at Embassy.
E-visa is applicable for 1-month single entry tourist visa only. However, only foreigners from some countries are eligible to use e-visa to enter Vietnam at some ports (not all the ports) regulated by Vietnam Government.
Hence, we need you to advise us your nationality, the correct name of the border that you will enter Vietnam for further checking.
Otherwise, a physical visit to Vietnamese Embassy in your living country is required to apply for a visa.
