I am Algerian passport holder, and have the permanent residence Visa in Finland. I'm plan to travel to Vietnam next year with Finnish family members. Do I need Visa for Vietnam, and how long is Visa valid, also will Visa letter be valid at the Saigon airport?

First of all, we would like to inform with you that you need Visa to enter Vietnam.
Secondly, we would like to inform with you that you can apply online with us but the procedure takes 7working days and you have to send us your flight ticket, hotel booking and passport scan via our email at: visa@vietnam-evisa.org then apply online at : Vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
Regards to your 3rd point of question, with your nationality we currently are able to help you to get 1 month single tourist Visa type and you are able to stay here less than 30 days.
