If I want to fly into HoChiMinh airport stay a few days then fly into Hanoi airport, would that consider single entry or multiple entry??

Thank you for your question.
If you fly to Hochiminh city , then fly to Hanoi, you just need to get single entry visa. As all places you arrive in Vietnam. In case, you enter Vietnam, then leave for another country outside Vietnam, then come back, you will need to get multiple entry visa.
