if i'm going to Ho chi minh for 4 days and da nang for 4days then hanoi 4days overall staying 12days in Vietnam
what does mean by multi entry?does this mean actual number of entrance in Vietnam or even if i'm traveling around multi cities, do i reuqire to pay multi entry fees $50?

Dear Tracey,
In this case, you should apply 03 months visa type , there will have enough day for your staying.
Single entry visa type is just valid for 01 time upon arrival. If you enter many time, you should choose multiple entries visa.
