Do I need a specific date of arrival to get my visa? I will come to vietnam through Cambodia around the 27th of august but it might also be 1 or 2 days later.

Dear Job Batstra,
Let's consider this example for a clearer understanding:
You have registered to enter Vietnam on July 27 and leave on August 20
_ You can arrive in Vietnam on or any day after July 27 as long as the date of entry is within the visa validity. However, you CANNOT enter Vietnam BEFORE July 27.
_ You can leave Vietnam before or on August 20 but you MUST NOT get out of Vietnam AFTER August 20.
